SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Engine One Performance. The following outlines the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10–15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Depending on product availability, items may ship directly from Engine One Performance or one of our approved vendors.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supplier availability, shipments may take additional time. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product type. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

At this time, Engine One Performance only ships within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Signature Required
All shipments from Engine One Performance require a signature upon delivery, regardless of order value. This ensures your order is delivered securely and received by the correct party.

Sales Tax
Engine One Performance charges a sales tax rate of 8.60% on all applicable orders, in accordance with state and local laws. The final tax amount will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Engine One Performance is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and document the damage with photos.
